ARE YOU SUFFERING FROM HAIR FALL PROBLEM ??? TRY THIS HOME MADE NATURAL OIL !!!

 

                             HAIR CARE OIL 

                                           FOR

 HAIR FALL / DANDRUFF / GREY HAIR / DRY / FRIZZY HAIR ....

INGREDIENTS -

1. Coconut oil  - Take 500ml of parachute coconut oil . 

 

2. FENUGREEK SEEDS - ( methi dana )

Take Four (4) medium size tbsp of fenugreek seeds .

3. CURRY LEAVES -

20 gm curry leaves

4. AMLA (raw)

2 - 3 raw amla (grate)

            

5. KALAUNJI ( kala jira )

2 medium size tbsp of kala jira.

Method - 

 Take a bowl, fill it with all (500ml) coconut oil and put on the gas with a medium flame. When oil start heating after 2-3 mins add the ingredients one by one. 1st fenugreek seeds

                                        2nd kalaunji seeds

                                        3rd 20gm curry leaves

                                        4rth add 2-3 grated                                                 amla.

Let it boil for 25-30 mins. after adding the ingredients keep in medium flame for 7 mins. 

after 7 mins keep in low flame and let it get boil for next 20 mins.

After 20 mins let it get cool but do not strain,

and leave the oil as it is for 24hrs. After 24 hours your oil is ready to apply. 

  

Apply this oil thrice a week (must) to get visible result for 2-3 months continuously. 

Apply this oil 12 hours before doing a shampoo.

Personally i suggest to use PANTENE HAIR-FALL SHAMPOO and do apply a conditioner to your hair (avoid scalp) and try to leave for 10 min and rinse. 

Apply this procedure for 3 months to get visible result . I shared this method and procedure with my PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. 

This oil helped me to get rid of hair fall problem and dandruff to. I give 10/10.
