1- vegetables - cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower.
2- Fibre rich foods- Oats, wholegrain - brown rice, barley ,
sweet potato, apples.
3- Inflammatory foods- carrots, kiwi, tomatoes, berries, garlic, ginger, turmeric.
4- Healthy fats - avocado, nuts - these keeps your skin moist.

Best HOME REMEDIES to treat pimples !!

*Tea tree oil - Apply all over your pimples and leave it overnight.
*Ice - Got red swollen pimples ? Ice can reduce the puffiness and cool it down.
*Honey - Dab raw honey on your spots. Honey fights inflammation and is antiseptic.
*Multani mitti - Use multani mitti as your face packs
ingredients - mix 2 tsp of multani mitti, 2 tsp of rose water, half tsp of lemon juice, 2-3 drops of vitamin e oil. apply it all over your face and rinse after 20 mins .
Use rose water a toner. 
Aloevera gel - Mix 1 tsp of aloevera gel and 1 tsp of rose water. and apply it as a moisturizer.

NIGHT ROUTINE - mix vitamin e oil with aloevera gel and apply it at night and rinse off next morning with cold water.

Very beneficial for pimples and acne -

***You can use MULANI MITTI DIY face wash and scrub for your skin care routine !! 

***You can do ICE FACIAL to cool down your skin and close all the pores !!

*** Cleansing toning and moisturizing is must twice a day.
***Do scrub harshly, do it gently. You need to exfoliate once a week. 
*** Take steam for 5-7 mins to open your pores and do your cleansing toning routine once a week, do not forget to close your pores. Rubbing ice is the best way to close pores. Apply a good toner and moisturizer.
*** Drink 4-5 liters of water a day and add liquid juices to your diet .
*** Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables.
*** Start and end your day with a warm glass of water.
*** Start having  of 2 tsp safi at night before sleeping.
*** Avoid junk and oily food.
**Do not pimples as it gives the darker and annoying scars and takes lot of time to show the result.
*** Use lacto calamine daily as your moisturizing lotion.
