Harsh but true, your skin is the victim of your poor lifestyle choices and ignorance.Maybe you are not blessed with the “perfect skin” genes, but you can turn that around if pay attention to what you eat and what you apply to your skin.
The best way to get back the glowing skin is to consume fruits and add fruits mask to your skin care routine and you can visible the difference within 4 weeks.
So let's start, here i am going to share the tips and tricks to get a flawless skin without spending expensive money for your cosmetics.
1. LEMON
lemon is a natural bleaching agent, it contains vitamin c. If you have uneven skin, dark spots, acne scars , pigmentation try lemon to get glowing skin.
1- Start your day with a warm glass of lemon water,with 1 tspn of honey.
(This will help flush out toxins from your body and keep you hydrated).
2- add lemon to your salad everyday.
3- add lemon to your face mask, it will give you a clear glowing skin instantly.
4- To make a natural scrub -
add 1 tspn honey
1 tspn lemon juice
1 tspn sugar (white / brown )
1/2 tspn rose water
mix it well and srub it for 5 mins 2 times a week. This natural scrub exfoliate your skin, give a natural glow.
DO NOT scrub the lemon directly to your skin as it contain acid it can harm your skin.
2. PAPAYA
Papayas contain vitamins A, C, B.Consuming papaya can help prevent constipation, which is one of the reasons for poor skin health. It can also help treat warts, eczema, corns, and cutaneous tubercles.
So, if you have digestive issues, scars, and pigmentation, you must include papaya in your diet and beauty regimen. Here’s how to use it.
1. Eat a bowl of papaya for BREAKFAST EVERYDAY.
2. Mash a small piece of papaya and apply to your skin, and rinse off after 20 mins. This fruit mask will add an extra glow to your skin.
3. For dry skin mix honey with papaya pulp and massage it for 10 mins and leave it for next 10 mins and rinse it with room temperature water. Do this process thrice a week. Gradually you will notice your skin has become soft and flawless.
4. For oily skin mix rose water with papaya pulp and massage it in a circular motion for 10 mins and again leave for next 10 mins and rinse it with room temperature water.
5. By adding sugar and papaya pulp with honey ( DRY SKIN)
OR rose water ( OILY SKIN ) you can prepare a natural papaya scrub. Use this every alternative days ( thrice a week).
Always apply a good toner ( you can also apply a rose water as a toner )and moisturizer after your skin care routine.
