Lets talk about ICE FACIAL and what is the process-

STEP 1 - You just need a big bowl ,exactly  the size of your  face.

STEP 2- Fill the bowl with a cold water and put some ice cubes ( 7-8 cubes).

STEP 3- Add 5-6 slices of cucumber in it.

STEP 4- Add 2 slice of lemon or you can add 2 tsp lemon juice (any 1).

Now Dunk your face in ICE COLD WATER for 10-12 secs. Repeat this process 4-5 times for every 10-12 secs , and you will notice the instant magic on your skin. 

When to DO this process ?

Do this every morning after waking up .

Your skin will feel smooth, tight, get rid of puffiness and you will feel  fresh. The oil which we all usually wake up with will go away.

An ice cube facial gives an instant glow to the skin by improving the blood circulation of the skin.Make a concoction of cucumber juice,honey,lemon and water and freeze it.When freezed take the ice cube and rub it gently on the face,let it sit on your face for 5-6 minutes and then rinse off.It will instantly rejuvenate the skin and will make it healthy and glowing.

Makeup Primer- Just before applying makeup prep your skin by rubbing an ice cube all over your face and neck,this will help your makeup to stay on for a longer duration.

When using ice cubes,do not use more than two cubes at a time.
